Cancellations & Refunds

At Wisdom's Way LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness and respect for both our clients' and our practitioners' time. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all coaching, mentoring, training, consulting, and heart healing services.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are considered late and are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: If a client misses a session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

2. Refunds

- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Clients may cancel a coaching package within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Clients may request a refund within 60 days of purchase for an 85% refund (pro rata for packages where some sessions have been used).
- Clients may request a refund within 12 months of purchase for an 75% refund (pro rata for packages where some sessions have been used).
- Refunds are not available after 12 months from the date of purchase (pro rata for packages where some sessions have been used).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Discretion and Fairness

All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and compassionate while upholding the integrity of our scheduling and business operations.
